When we were looking to engage a builder to construct our dream home recently we knew the importance of making the right choice. We both work in real estate so have met and dealt with many builders over the years so had dozens of options to choose from. Having seen and sold many new builds and then how they fair over time there is a massive difference in what you get for your money.
We were fortunate to have known Jeff from Kady constructions personally for many years already so understood the passion he has for what he does. Our decision was based solely on trust. We knew that he was an excellent builder but also knew he was an honest person. We wanted someone that would allow us to be involved yet would give us guidance along the way as we hadn't ever built a home before.
Throughout the process we were consulted with his ideas and valuable opinions on almost a daily basis. The little things that were important to us were always addressed and solutions provided. The entire build process went to plan, the end result was exactly what we dreamt of and his after build service has been something I know many other builders will not provide.
The pride he has in his work is second to none and I have no hesitation in highly recommending Jeff to anyone after a builder that will ensure everything is done to the highest standard possible, not just follow a basic plan that often leaves out many important aspects of a living in a home. I welcome any potential clients to contact me or visit my home and see for themselves the work he did for us.

Jeff possesses a reputation for excellence, but superb quality alone does not fully describe his character. Jeff has a penchant for honest, straight forward dealings. He gives it to you like it is, without embellishment or colour. We have learned to trust Jeff and to accept his good guidance. Likewise, his crew are simply the best, and like Jeff are interested in the quality of the work they deliver - the entire team were professional, delightful and of good humour.
Jeff kept close watch over every aspect of the work and gave us plenty of options when it came to materials, colours and layout/design ideas. He also arranged additional trades such as plumbers, electricians, concreters, excavators, asbestos removal and painters.
The work was completed over 70 days and we could not be more pleased with the quality of the renovation. Although we are not experts in the building industry we can recognise the difference between shoddy work and the careful work of high quality builders.
Even our neighbours said they were impressed with the transformation and the care that the Kady crew exhibited in terms of keeping the job site secure and tidy.
We are absolutely enjoying our new deck, shed and garden and we can definitely recommend Kady Constructions.
